Thiollier the Weak

Thiollier the Weak deals combat damage to
creatures in the form of -1/-1 counters.

Whenever another creature you control deals
damage to an opponent, you may put that many
-1/-1 counters on target creature that player controls.
This ability triggers only once each turn.
