Thieves Guild

At the beginning of each players upkeep that
player exiles cards from the top of their library
until they exile a nonland permanent card, then
they put the rest of the exiled cards on the
bottom of their library in a random order.
During each players turn they may cast cards
exiled with Thieves Guild and may spend mana
as though it were mana of any color to cast them.
