Target opponent exiles the top 3 cards of their library. Then you and that opponent each pick one card at the same time. If the same card is selected you may play each exiled card without paying its mana cost for as long as they remain exiled. If different cards are chosen you may play the card chosen by the opponent. You may spend mana as though it were mana of any color to cast spells exiled this way.
