During each of your turns you may cast a card
from your hand without paying its mana cost if
its converted mana cost is equal to or less than
the total number of lands you control.
The Wizard of All's Power is equal to the number
of lands with different names you control.
As the master of each form of wizardry, the best thing
he can say is: "Watch and learn."
