The Will of Queen Slo

When The Will of Queen Sol enters the battlefield,
Destroy all creatures each opponent controls.
If an opponent does not control a creature,
he/she sacrifices each land they control.
If a player has no creatures and less than 4 lands,
they lose 10 life instead.
When this creature dies, exile it instead.
