When The Unitor, Herald of Convergence enters
the battlefield, each player shuffles their hand, graveyard, and library into their own library,
then draws seven cards.
Players can't cast spells with converted mana
costs equal to the number of cards in their hand.
Players can't play lands if they have more than
four cards in hand.
