The Thieves' Quarrel

I: Target opponent chooses an artifact they
control, then sacrifices the rest. Put a number of
+1/+1 counters on target creature you control
equal to the number of artifacts sacrificed this way.
II: Tap target creature you don't control for as
long as The Thieves' Quarrel remains on the
battlefield, then remove any number of counters
from that creature.
III: Create a number of 1/3 black Giant Spider creature tokens with deathtouch equal to the
greatest power among creatures you control.
