can impose disadvantage on an attack roll made against
them a number of times equal to their proficiency bonus.
Once spent you can't use this ability again until a long
rest.
A wood and steel shield covered in beautiful jade and blue feathers. Its plumage floats with such grace that enemies
can sometimes be distracted by their beauty. This shield is
a facsimile of the one depicted on Kuzol's left arm, the
god of knowledge.
