The Royal Masquerade

Players play with the top card of their library
revealed. Your opponents can't cast spells with
the same mana cost as the revealed cards.
If a player would draw one or more cards, they
exile the top card of their library instead. Then,
if they have no cards in hand, sacrifice The Royal Masquerade. If you do, each player discards their
hand, then returns to their hand all cards they
own exiled with The Royal Masquerade. Exile all
graveyards. You become the monarch.
