Whenever any player casts an Historic spell put a charge counter on The Quantum Mirror.
{c}{u}{t}: Sacrifice The Quantum Mirror; Reveal
your hand, discard all non-Historic cards from it, search your library for two Historic cards that
share a type and put them into your hand. Then
shuffle X target Historic cards from your
graveyard into your library, where X equals
the number of charge counters on The Quantum Mirror.
