The Pinnacle, Broken

Whenever a player draws a card, that player must
discard a card.
Players can't gain life.
Whenever a player casts a permanent spell, as an
additional cost to cast it, that player must sacrifice
a permanent with the same type.
At the beginning of each player's upkeep, that
player loses 1 life.
