The Mana Burner

At the beginning of each players endstep,
any mana left in their mana pool is lost, that player loses 1 life for each mana lost this
way.
The forge sits in its underground keep. Siphoning
off the magic of the world and destroying it. It is
a threat to all the magic in the world.
