The Iron Throne

When The Iron Throne enters the battlefield, you become the monarch.
At the beginning of your end step, if you are the monarch, put a rule counter on The Iron Throne.
Then if you have 7 or more rule counters on it,
you win the game. If you are not the monarch,
remove a rule counter from The Iron Throne.
