The Infection

Enchant creature

At the beginning of each upkeep, put an
Infection counter on enchanted creature.
Then if there are 5 or more Infection
counters on enchanted creature, destroy it.

When enchanted creature dies, return it to the
battlefield under your control. Then attach
The Infection to target creature.
