The Gleamwater Kelpie

Whenever a nontoken creature enters the battlefield under a player's control other than The Gleamwater Kelpie's owner, that creature's controller gains control of it. Then put a drown counter on The Gleamwater Kelpie.
Other creatures controlled by The Gleamwater Kelpie's controller get -1/-1 for each drown counter on it.
