The Chaos Realm

{t}: Roll a D4. Add that much {c} to your mana
pool.
On each player's upkeep, they roll a D20 for each permanent, boon, and emblem they have.
1 - 5: They exile it if it's a permanent. They lose
it if it's an emblem or a boon.
6 - 10: Nothing happens
11 - 15: They gain 2 life
16 - 19: They create a copy of it
20: They may create up to two copies of it. The
copies aren't legendary.
