The Cage of Varadimas

Each time the bearer hits an enemy unit
(excluding VEHICLE units) with a melee attack,
until the end of the phase, that unit is electro-
shocked. Each time a model in that electro-
shocked unit makes an attack, subtract 1 from
that attack's hit roll.
