Whenever a creature you control attacks, you may put a Battle counter on The Battle of Lorien.
As long as The Battle of Lorien has nine or more Battle counters on it, creature you control have "When this creature enters the battlefield, you
may have it deal 2 damage to target creature you opponent controls.".
