When Terror, Feywild Fiend deals combat
damage to a player, you and that player each
mill that many cards. Then, you may exile target
nonland card in a graveyard with mana value
equal to or less than the amount of damage dealt.
You may cast that card for as long as it remains
exiled, and may spend mana as though it were
mana of any color to cast it.
