Whenever Terminus blocks or becomes blocked,
tap the creature being blocked or blocking. It gets
-3/-0 until end of turn.
{5}{p/b}{p/g}: If Terminus, the Fallen were to die this
turn, return him to the battlefield tapped at the beginning of the next upkeep and deal 10 damage
to each opponent and each creature they control.
