Temporal Recursion

Exile target Legendary Creature or Planeswalker,
with three time counters on it. At the beginning
of that permanent's controller's upkeep remove a
time counter from it. When no time counters
remain return that permanent to the battlefield
and it's controller may search their library for a
Legendary Creature or Planeswalker that shares a
type with it put it into the battlefield tapped.
