Reveal the top card of your library, then choose
one or both -
* Tempestuous Manastorm deals damage equal
to the revealed spell's converted mana cost to
each creature.
* Target player puts a number of cards from the
top of their library into their graveyard equal to
the reveal spell's converted mana cost.
