When Tarfel enters the battlefield or attacks,
create a 2/2 colorless artifact vehicle with Crew 1.
Whenever a vehicle you control deals combat
damage, create a tapped Treasure token. Vehicles
you control gain +1/+1 for each Treasure token
you control.
As everyone knows, a pirate serves their captain as
long as they had money. Tarfel had plenty of ways to
make money.
