When Sythe, The Collector enters the battlefield
each opponent gains a Debt emblem if they don't
have one already that says:
"Whenever your opponents cast a spell, that
player puts a counter on Debt. At the begining
of your upkeep lose x life where x is the number
of counters on Debt. Then you may pay up to the number of counters on Debt, if you do remove
that many."
