When you hit a foe with this +1 longsword, you
can choose to mark it. The creature is marked for
1 min. or until you attack a different creature or
are no longer holding the sword. If the marked creature dies, the sword releases a magical howl;
each foe within 30 ft of you must succeed
DC 14 Wis save or become frightened of you for
1 min. Once the sword has been used to mark a creature, it can't do so again until the next dawn.
