Surrogate Summons

Surrogate Summons enters the battlefield with X bounty counters on it.
Whenever you search your library or graveyard for a card with a specific name and do not find a card with that name, each opponent may search the respective zone for that card. If each of those players do not find a card with that name, you may scry X, where X is thrice the number of bounty counters on Surrogate Summons. Then, you may draw a card.
