Whenever an opponent commits a crime, you
may reveal Supreme Arbiter from your hand. If
you do, that opponent gets a judgement counter.
When Supreme Arbiter enters the battlefield, if
you cast it from your hand, exile all nonland permanents your opponents control, then remove
all judgement counters from all opponents.
This spell costs {1} less to cast for each judgement counter amongst opponents.
