Suphlatus, Angel of Dust

When Suphlatus, Angel of Dust enters the battlefield, exile all lands you control and put that many +1/+1 counters on it.
Whenever Suphlatus leaves the battlefield, return all lands exiled by it to the battlefield.
At the beginning of your upkeep, you may sacrifice a creature. If you do, return Suphlatus from your graveyard or exile to your hand.
