Substantial Contract

Whenever Substantial Contract enters the battlefield, put a bounty counter on up to two target creatures your opponents control.
Bounty - Whenever a creature an opponent controls with a bounty counter on it dies, each opponent loses 2 life. You gain life equal to the life lost this way.
