Storm Giant's Wrath

1) Deal 2 damage to any target or 3 to a creature that had damaged you last round.
2) Target creature you control gains Riot or
Convoke until the end of turn. (Maximum
of 2 creatures can be tapped for Convoke)
3) Put a lesser Lightning-Torias creature
onto the battlefield or you may draw a card.
