Stealing from Storage

When Stealing from Storage enters the battlefield search target player's library or graveyard for a
card and exile it.
The controller of Stealing From Storage may cast
the card exiled with it spending mana as if it were
mana of any color to do so, if they do, exile
Stealing From Storage and return it to the battlefield under an opponent's control.
While you're in their base they're in your base.
