Star Dust

As an additional cost to cast Star Dust, discard a
card and sacrifice a land permanent you control.
Whenever you counter a spell or a spell you cast
gets countered, all players reveal their hands and
you may choose a card among them. You may
cast that card for its converted mana cost and
your basic lands produce all colours until end of
turn.
If you a cast a card this way, exile Star Dust.
