You can only cast this spell if you control only
one creature on the battlefield.
Target creature gets a +3/-1 counter and
"Cannot be blocked by creatures with power 2 or
less" until end of turn. That creature then fights
target creature with toughness higher than its
own. If it wins, the counter becomes +3/+3 and
the effects are permanent.
