Staff of the Snake Cult

The mages of the Snake Cult were feared throughout Faerun during their short but ill-fated rise to power. Famous for riding massive boa constrictors into battle, a Snake Cult mage's aim was without peer, and their terrifying mounts allowed them to move swiftly about the battlefield. Special Ability: (2 Charges, Recharge w/ Long Rest) Cast Expeditious Retreat or, if a creature would get a saving throw from one of your spells, instead that creature gets no saving throw.
