Elk Tribe shaman Mjenir Tormhaalt cast the runes. You now wear the spirit rune on your forehead.
1) May cast Mage Hand from your rune.
2) May cast Jump from your rune (once per long rest).
3) Critical attacks add 1d6 radiant.
