Sphere of Containment

While wearing the Sphere of Containment, you
may use an action to transfer one condition, spell effect, or disease affecting you into the sphere.
While transferred in this way, any effects on you
are suspended. If it has a duration, that too, is suspended. If you attempt to transfer a condition
to a 'full' sphere, the condition contained within returns to its original host. You may use your
action to release a condition from the sphere.
