Spellfracture Prism

Whenever a player would select one or more targets for an instant or sorcery spell they control, that spell gains storm instead. Targets for that spell and for any copies of
that spell are chosen at random.
Seemingly just a lump of broken glass, no one
would ever guess at it's capacity to warp the
world around it.
