Spell Breaker enters the battlefield with
a Spell-Counter on it.
Spell Breaker has +1/+1 and First strike, for aslong as it has a Spell-Counter on it.
Remove a Spell-Counter from Spell Breaker:
Counter target spell, which targets a Wizard
you control.
