Spatial Rift

You may choose not to untap Spatial Rift during
your untap step. When it enters the battlefield,
tap it. If you do, put three flare counters on it.
{ut}, remove a flare counter: Add one mana of
any color. Scry 1 unless any opponent pays 2 life.
{ut}, remove a flare counter or pay 2 life: The next
mana ability you activate that adds "one mana of
any color" instead produces one silver mana.
