For each ash counter on Soul of Cinder it gains
one of the following it does not already have:
First Strike, Haste, Trample, Reach, +2/+2, Vigilance, Lifelink,
Ward {3}, Menace, and Deathtouch.
As long as Soul of Cinder has ten or more ash counters on it it
gains: Double strike, indestructible, +1/+1, and Hexproof
