two or more counters were removed from
creatures this turn.
Whenever a creature an opponent controls
becomes tapped, if it isn't being declared as an attacker, put a stun counter on it, then exile the
top card of it's owner's library face down. Until
the end of your next turn, you may look at and
play that card. If you don't, put that card into it's
owner's graveyard.
