When Sigmund, Goblin Delegate enters the battlefield, you may search your library for a
Goblin card, reveal it, and put it into your hand.
At the beginning of your upkeep, you may create a token copy of target Goblin creature you control, except it's not Legendary. It gains haste. Sacrifice it at the end of turn.
At the beginning of combat on your turn, if you control four Goblin creatures with different names, you may draw a card.
