As Shimatsu the Bloodmad enters the battlefield, sacrifice any number of permanents and discard
any number of cards.
When Shimatsu the Bloodmad enters the battlefield deal X damage to up to Y targets,
where X is the number of permanents sacrificed
and Y is the number of cards discarded.
