If a spell would exile itself as part of resolving,
shuffle it into its owner's library instead.
You may cast spells from exile and play lands in
exile. Whenever you do, choose two —
• Each opponent may gain 3 life or draw a card.
• Each opponent that owns one or more cards in
exile may choose one and return it to their hand.
• Exile the top card of your library. If it's a spell,
any player may cast it if it's their turn.
