library, face down, rounded up.
As long as She Who Masks the Truth is in play,
that player skips their draw step.
At the beginning of your end step, that player
may pay 2 life to put one card chosen at
random from the exiled cards into their hand.
When She Who Masks the Truth leaves
the battlefield, return the exiled cards to
that players library and they shuffle their library.
