Sharky 54, and 54 Sharks

Sharky54 gets a +1/+1 counter for every shark
that enters the battlefield.

Every time Sharky54 deals damage to a player
add a blood counter. Sharks deal +1 to an opponent for each blood counter on that opponent.

Partner (You can have two commanders if both have partner)
Can only be a commander when hardhat, Registered Offender is also a commander.
