Shaking Things Up

Target opponent chooses one of the following:
*The player with the highest life total losses 3 life.
*Each player sacrifices a non-land permanent.
*Each player gives control of target non-land permanent that they own and control to another player.
Roll a 6 sided die and activate the chosen ability a number of times equal to the number on the die.
