As long as there are one or more creatures are
untapped, SCP-173 isn't a creature.
On the beginning of each endstep, if a player
controls no creatures other than SCP-173,
that player loses the game.
SCP-173 can't attack or block.
{t}: SCP-173 deals damage equal to it's
power to target tapped human.
