Scorn's Raze

Whenever you cast an historic permanent
you may discard a card, if you do Scorn's
Raze deals 4 damage to any target.
If a historic permanent would be put into
your graveyard from the battlefield return
that card to your hand unless your opponent
has Scorn's Raze deal 4 damage to them.
