Whenever Scion of Shooting Stars enters the battlefield or attacks, target player reveals their
hand. Copy a random instant or sorcery card in
it. Cast the copy without paying its mana cost.
If a spell you control would deal damage or cause
you to scry, that damage and/or scry is increased
by 1.
